Where we ship

We ship to addresses in [the United States / list of countries]. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within [1 to 3] business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If your payment is made by Venmo, processing starts when we see the payment.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free (after any discounts). Where pickup is offered, it is free. The exact shipping charge and any tax are shown in your total at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within [3 to 7] business days, by [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather and carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add the tracking number to your order and email you. If you have an account, you can also see it under Your account and orders.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added at checkout where required and is shown in your order total.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address that you entered. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away, and we will try to fix it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within [10] business days of shipping, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, where needed, replace or refund your order. See our returns and refunds policy.
